Please join Vancouver Communities in Solidarity with Cuba (VCSC) tonight for the first event of "CUBA IN PERSPECTIVE" 6 days of forums to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. This evening we will watch the film "A Cuban Story" followed by a speaker and discussion. We will be discussing questions such as:
- In what context did the Cuban revolution triumph?
- What makes the Cuban revolution so appealing and so different from other socialist countries which failed?
- What are the unique features of the Cuban leadership?
- What is the dynamism of the Cuban revolution today?
