SUNDAY June 29th

Anti-war activists will join with local musicians and poets for
an evening of anti-war politics expressed through different
forms of art and culture against war, occupation and
oppression. Local MCs will share their hip hop beats and
rhymes, and anti-war activists will share inspiring poetry
from throughout the history of the anti-war movement.
Come join MAWO, local musicians and poets for an evening
of cultural resistance and to help fundraise money for local
antiwar events and actions! 

FEATURING:
>> Geneva B ~ Smooth lyricism from an East Van MC  
>> Ill Eagle ~ West coast Indigenous Hip Hop
>> Alex Chichack ~ eclectic fusion of folk and jazz  
>> Anti-war poetry from throughout the history of the
