Join MAWO every second Wednesday for educational
forums, focusing on issues in the new era of war and
occupation which impact the antiwar movement today.
Speakers will be followed by discussion. 

Forum – Classes are held:
6:30pm every second Wednesday
in the Large North Hall of Joe’s Café

WEDNESDAY April 9th
Palestine: 60 years of Struggle for Self Determination
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
As Palestine recently passed the 60 year anniversary
of occupation by Israeli forces, the blockade and
sanctions on Gaza have tightened and more of the West
Bank is being cut off from Palestinians. As
Palestinians still struggle for self determination and
the right of return, antiwar activists must discuss
how we will continue to defend these rights.

Sudan: Imperialists Open the Next Front in the New
Era of War & Occupation

Today, Sudan is the target of imperialist ambitions as
they look to expand their war drive in the hunt for markets
and resources. As propaganda grows against Sudan, this
forum-class will discuss the issues at stake and what is
behind the building propaganda against Sudan.
