The campaign to drop all Canada Border Services Agency charges against antiwar activist Alison Bodine is continuing to build with organizing events and actions across the Lower Mainland! Since the Oct 11th Admissibility hearing, the campaign has received increasing support, including a recent letter from MLA Raj Chouhan. The Alison Bodine Defence Committee is appealing to all progressive-minded people, social justice activists from all backgrounds, supporters of humanity and justice to join in this important struggle and campaign for human and democratic rights and come to Friday's meeting to organize and strategize the fight to win!

This will include further planning on top of the events and actions already organized:

-Alison has had the opportunity to speak at campuses all across the Lower Mainland this week as part of Mobilization Against War and Occupation's Student Week Against War and Occupation (MAWO).

-Alison will also be in attendance at the October 27th International Day of Action Against War, organized in Vancouver by StopWar.ca. The Alison Bodine Defence Committee endorses this action. At this event Alison will be available to speak at the ABDC tent.

-Alison will be speaking the following day at the "Anti-war Conference for Activists, Organizers AND everyone", organized by Mobilization Against War and Occupation (MAWO).
