Simon Fraser University, Capilano College, Langara College, Douglas
College, University of Victoria & Lower Mainland High Schools!

*Forums featuring Alison Bodine – Politically
targeted and arrested antiwar activist

Since 2003, the Student Week Against War & Occupation (SWAWO) has
activated thousands of students on college and university campuses
throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond to organize discussions,
cultural activities and actions against war and occupation. As
school is in full swing, MAWO is organizing with antiwar groups
on campuses across the lower mainland and bringing SWAWO back for
the 7th time! As student struggle against increasing tuition fees,
military recruiters on campus and increased public funds being used
on the military, the reality of Canada's war abroad has become a
catalyst for students to get involved in organizing against it!
