After winning a partial victory in her case at the Thursday October 11 Admissibility Hearing, the struggle to have all charges dropped against anti-war and social justice activist Alison Bodine continues. Alison has been living in legal limbo since September 13th, when she was targeted as an anti-war activist and arrested by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

This recent victory in Alison's case is the latest in a series of legal victories that have come as the Canada Border Services Agency has come under pressure from the political campaign organized by the Alison Bodine Defence Committee (ABDC). Daily petition drives at university and colleges and speaking events are continuing as the campaign builds until the Admissibility Hearing reconvenes October 31st at 1pm for the decision. Today's rally is part of this continuing
momentum and all people who support human and democratic rights and civil liberties are encouraged to participate!
