Fire This Time Vol. 4 Issue 1 includes a special focus
on the expansion of the era of war and occupation to
Africa. As well, an article on Cuba's designation by
the World Wildlife Fund as the only country in the
world with environmentally sustainable development. In
addition this issue includes Spanish and English
articles on elections and mass movements in Mexico. We
are also pleased to include an article from our
regular contributor from Cuba Manuel Yepe, in which he
investigates and analyzes the so-called dissidents in
Cuba. Manuel is an Associate Professor at the Raul Roa
Higher Institute of International Relations in Havana
and Secretary of the Cuban Peace Movement. His article
is printed in English and Spanish.
