In the final week leading up to the 5th Annual
Antiwar Film Festival taking place this weekend, join
the MAWO organizing meeting to plan one of the Lower
Mainland’s biggest antiwar events of the year. This
is a chance to get involved and help build a powerful
and dynamic calendar of direct actions into the new
year to educate, organize and mobilize against war
and occupation.

The MAWO Annual Antiwar Film Festival is back again
and gearing up with only a few days to go! With films
representing oppressed nations in struggle for
self-determination across the world, this two day
event is a collision of innovative, hard-hitting
documentaries, feature films and antiwar politics.
In its 5th year, the festival has entrenched itself
as a Vancouver tradition of culture and resistance
via the big screen!
