Come out to the MAWO meeting this week to get involved in ongoing action 
against war and occupation! This week we will be reflecting on the June 1st 
MAWO  action as part of a Canada-wide day of action against the Canadian war 
drive in Afghanistan. In under a week after MAWO issued the call, 
demonstrations were organized in Nanaimo, Edmonton, Missisauga and 
Vancouver!

Join us this week as we organize for ongoing action against the Canadian war 
drive including the next action on Thursday June 29 at 4pm at the Vancouver 
Art Gallery. We are also building toward  MAWO's 2nd Annual Antiwar Hip Hop 
Festival coming up July 21-23, joining antiwar politics with expression of 
resistance through hiphop against war, occupation and destruction and for 
self-determination!
