Free Interactive Workshop!
"Youth in Action for Change: How Students and Youth Can Change the World!"

at the Britannia Community Center (1661 Napier St - on Commercial Drive at 
Napier St)

... PLUS weekly MAWO organizing meeting!

"Youth in Action for Change" will feature high school and college activists 
giving presentations on how young people can get involved in making real 
social change in their communities and in the world. There will also be a 
film showing to compare how young people are active in social movements here 
and around the world.

The "Youth In Action for Change" workshop will be immediately followed by 
MAWO's weekly organizing meeting. This weekend is the January 28 antiwar 
demonstration that will be wrapping up the 4th Student Week Against War & 
occupation so be sure to come out to not only the workshop but also get 
involved by coming to the organizing meeting afterwards!
