"Supporting First Nations Struggles and Building Community Unity!”

Napier St)

... PLUS weekly MAWO organizing meeting!

"Supporting First Nations Struggles and Building Community Unity" will 
feature Indigenous antiwar activists reporting back from the Black Hills 
Action Camp in South Dakota, including Aaron Mercredi of Redwire Native 
Youth Media. The Black Hills Action Camp is an activist training camp 
organize by Indigenous activists in South Dakota. The report back will 
connect what Vancouver activists learned to our ongoing work against 
occupation at home and abroad.

The workshop will be immediately followed by MAWO's weekly organizing 
meeting. This weekend is the February 26 antiwar demonstration that will 
mark the 2nd anniversary of the Canada/US/France invasion of Haiti so be 
sure to come out to not only the workshop but also get involved by coming to 
the organizing meeting afterwards!
