SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 24 2005
3PM
@ the VANCOUVER ART GALLERY (Georgia St & Howe St)

On Saturday September 24 2005, Mobilization Against War & Occupation (MAWO)
is organizing the rally & march on the International Day of Action against
the occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan and for self-determination for all
oppressed nations.

With the rising tide of blood in the attacks on Iraqi people the US' is
making repeated and desperate attempts to smokescreen the situation on the
ground. With false security handovers, like in Najaf this week, and an
illegitimate constitution, we must join with Iraqi people in our response
and demand an end to the occupation and complete and unconditional
self-determination now!

Meanwhile, the government of Canada is also escalating its illegal and
brutal ocupation of Afghanistan with the ongoing dispatch of 2,000 more
troops - poor and working people in Canada do not support this deployment or
the doubling of the military budget with our tax dollars and we must demand
"Canada Out of Afghanistan Now!"

Join people all over the world and rally in Vancouver at 3pm at the
Vancouver Art Gallery on September 24 to demand: US/UK OUT OF IRAQ! CANADA
OUT OF AFGHANISTAN!
Self-Determination for Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Haiti and Indigenous
Nations in Canada! No Invasion! US/EU Hands Off Iran and Syria! Bring All
Troops Home Now! Stop the War at Home and Abroad!

ORGANIZED BY MOBILIZATION AGAINST WAR & OCCUPATION (MAWO)
