Featured Speakers:
Laura Flynn is a writer, activist and co-founder of the San Francisco Bay area Haiti Action Committee, www.haitiaction.net. Flynn is the former director of international relations for the Aristide Foundation for Democracy in Haiti. She is also the director of the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti, www.ijdh.org.
Anthony Fenton is a researcher and writer on Haiti. He has been investigating the overthrow of the Aristide government on February 29, 2004 and the subsequent occupation of Haiti by a United Nation-sanctioned force. Fenton has become one of the most prominent voices in the growing Haiti solidarity movement internationally.
