MAWO Responds to the Weather!

And Changes the Anti-War Picnic to the Anti-War party

Due to the rainy day  tomorrow in Vancouver there will be a change in our program. We will not have picnic at the Trout Lake Park tomorrow but instead we will have a big party with international food, international music and dance, live performances and also showing for the first time in Vancouver a shoking and a must-see video: "Horrors Behind the Wire in Australia’s Detention Camps." This video is about lives, struggles and escapes of refugee climants in the Australia’s immigration detention centers.

On Saturday June 12th MAWO will be hosting an evening of socializing, relaxation and video showing:  "Horrors Behind the Wire in Australia’s Detention Camps"

We invite everyone to come out and join us, on June 12th to get to know MAWO and have a fun time!
