As Cuba enters a new era of escalating criminal attacks by the United States, we have all seen the adament response of the Cuban people in defense of their dignity, sovereignty, and revolution. We have also seen a huge international outpouring of solidarity and renewed energy in solidarity work with Cuba. The growing popularity of defending the Cuba 5 political prisoners held in the United States is good proof of that. >From Spain to Argentina urgent rallies have been called this month and as people and organizations around the world come together in defense of the Cuban Revolution, we here in Vancouver are doing the same.  A rally has been called at the Vancouver Art Gallery for 12pm on June 26th, and we invite you to participate in both the mobilization and the organizing meetings. The next meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Sunday, June 6th at 239 East Georgia Ave. (just north of the Main Street Skytrain Station). In the face of this increasingly drastic situation, we look forward to a future united - with Cuba, with each other, with all oppressed people against imperialism and for a better world.
