Mobilization Against War and Occupation's "Operation: Canada Out!" Campaign is continuing to expand outside of Vancouver and into the lower mainland. MAWO is consolidating this expansion by holding forums to follow up the petition tour stops in these communities. The response in New Westminster was consistent with the positive responses we've had in Burnaby and Surrey, with hundreds of signatures, discussions and debates. The program for the event includes a John Pilger documentary on Afghanistan as well as a short film on Haiti.
