UNCOVERED: The Whole Truth About the Iraq War

As the US sinks deeper into crisis in the failed occupation of Iraq and seeks the involvement and support of other imperialist nations to legitimize their brutal presence there and as Canada increases its forces in Afghanistan to become leading occupier, the antiwar movement in Canada, the US and globally cannot rest a moment while these atrocities continue. Resistance in these nations and in the occupied Palestine is resurging with mass demonstrations in the streets and violent attacks on occupying forces daily. The list of downed helicopters and the death toll of occupying soldiers and collaborators grows as the people say "OCCUPIERS, GET OUT!". Globally, the antiwar movement must act in solidarity with these struggling people and organize effectively against imperialist assaults.
 
Toward this goal, Youth-Third World Alliance is presenting a free film and forum night for the Vancouver Premiere of "UNCOVERED: The Whole Truth About the Iraq War". Join us tomorrow in watching this new controversial documentary never before screened in Vancouver. CIA and Pentagon experts detail the lies behind the brutal 2003 war and occupation of Iraq. After the screening there will be a forum and discussion on the movie, on war and occupation and on building an effective antiwar movement in Vancouver and beyond. All are invited and welcome to attend.
