==> The buses are close to full and we will have to stop selling tickets
shortly. Unfortunately we will be unable to determine at what point they
will fill up exactly since seats will be needed for gear and food. We may
have overestimated seats needed for gear and due to cancellations, there
definetely may still be room on the bus on Saturday, so if you are without
a ticket (either purchased or reserved in some way as of August 25) come
by the buses on Saturday morning and hopefully you can grab a seat.

* TO CARPOOLERS:  we encourage you to let us know if you have extra room
for those requiring a ride or if you have room for gear. If you can,
please meet us at Saturday morning at the buses to see if there are ways
to support others reqiring a ride or if you can email us your phone number
to add to a carpool list so others can contact you directly and arrange a
ride if possible. Thanks for your support.

Dear friends and allies --

Thank you to all those that have generously donated and supported this
convergence in various ways.

We are writing to ask for your financial support for the convergence
against Sun Peaks on the weekend of Aug 28-Aug 29, 2004.  The interest has
been such that we have had to book an extra bus and we are still close to
$1000 short.

At this time we are asking for personal donations of $20-100 to help cover
the costs of the bus to ensure travel is as accessible as possible and
other related costs of the convergence.
