      DARIO VIVAS AND VICTORIA MATA will be in Vancouver from April 24-28.  This 
      is the first time representatives of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and the 
      government of Hugo Chavez have visited British Columbia!

      Potluck Reception: Enjoy a relaxing evening of conversation, good food 
      (after all,it's potluck) and music!
