Dear Friends,

We in vite to to attend the third meeting of
Mobilization Against War and Occupation this Wed. Nov
12th. At this meeting we will be working on further
action to build the Nov 22 day of action as part of
the global resistance to war and occupation. Following
the lead of the people of Iraq, Palestine and
Afghanistan we will continue to fight and continue to
stand in solidarity with the escalating resistance to
imperialism.


For the past two weeks we have been working to build
the November 22 march and rally against war and
occupation all across the lower mainland. So far the
demonstration has been endorsed by over 25 groups,
posters have gone up across the city and 1000's of
leaflets have been handed out on campuses, at
community events and on the street. 

In addition, MAWO is working to support and help build
the Youth Against Occupation Conference on Nov 29th,
which will help to solidify the exsistance
youth/student networks of antiwar organizing as well
as bring in new people. Youth and Students in the
lower mainland are becoming mobilized and activated,
and through this energy will be an important part of
bringing all working people into the movement against
war.

We encourage all people who are interested in
organizing in solidarity with the people of Iraq,
Palestine, Afghanistan and all placed where oppressed
people are attacked, to come out and join us on
Wednesday to build a movement in Vancouver, in the
lowermainaland, in BC and beyond.
