WORLD FEDERALIST MEETING

TOPIC:

     CREATING INTERNATIONAL LAW

     Leonard Angel, Philosophy Instructor at Douglas College, will
discuss how an
     effective system of international law would enable the removal of
tyrants
     without recourse to illegal or unauthorized wars. He will cover the
nature and
     history of international law, and the steps every citizen can take
to bring about
     a global system of justice and order.

     Followed by discussion and refreshments.

TIME:

     Thursday, May 15, 2003 at 7:30 pm

     Unitarian Church Centre, 949 W.49th Ave. at Oak St., Vancouver.
     All welcome. Free Parking. No charge.
