Hello,
I'm sorry to duplicate the below announcement, but
I forgot to mention the tax receipts are available for
contribution. SPARC also now has the capacity to
take credit card (VISA or Master Card) donations over the phone by
calling (604) 718-7733 and again noting it is for the Global Justice
Program.
Thanks,
Linda

Dear Friends:

Global Justice has produced videos on the WTO in Seattle, the
Zapatista Caravan in Mexico, the anti- FTAA meeting in Quebec, and more
recently
the protest to the G8 meetings in Calgary. Following our commitment to
produce Global Justice videos, we would like to add a video about the
anti-FTAA
rallies in Ecuador on October 30th and 31st.

Since our non-profit, community media group has no corporate or
government financial support, we rely on your individual donations to pay
for the
expenses of our operations. Pedro Mora, one of the Global Justice video
producers has purchase a round ticket to Quito, Ecuador for $1,360 on
credit. We, the friends and supporters of alternative, community media
would like to help him pay off this worthwhile expenditure.

If you think that we need to support grassroots media which Global
Justice has been doing for the past 15 years, and if you are able to contribute
to our common cause of an egalitarian society, please contribute with
whatever you can afford to SPARC of BC, who are volunteering the
book-keeping for "Global Justice".

The address is: C/O - 240 Holyrood Road, North Vancouver, BC, V7N 2R5

The report back from Ecuador will be put on the www.globaljustice.ca
web-site. It will also be screened at Video In.

For more information please call 604 904 2412

Thank you for your support
