Work is already under way for action on August 6th, Hiroshima Day.

Activists who met in Calgary during the G8 protest agreed on this date.  And we understand that some groups in Vancouver will be receiving a peace ship from Japan.

The Campaign to End Sanctions Against the People of Iraq intends to draw attention to the ongoing sanctions against Iraq, which began in August of 1990.

We want to encourage other groups to come forward with their own campaigns.
