hey folks,

so we were thinking that it'd be cool if people could do as much
reading/thinking as possible on their own before the weekend, so we can
all be a bit more mentally prepared/show up with things on our minds or
questions that we've thought about on our own.

if you only have time to read one thing, this zine is it:

here is a good one called 'support', about being and being partnered with
survivors. in particular the article called 'safe sex for survivors and
the 'guest column' that comes after that are really good.::

*this article could be triggering, it describes a non-consensual sex
experience in detail:

If people want more stuff to read, or if you have suggestions for stuff
other people could read before the weekend, give a shout.

Also, we are still looking for people to facilitate some of the workshops,
so please get in touch if you think you might be able to help with any of
them!

cheers
lee

a quote from the 'learning good consent' zine (its really good try and
read it if you havent!):
"what does consent look like when i'm not even sure i could tell you
no?..... sometimes, when it comes to crossing people's boundaries, it
doesn't matter where your heart is..."
